A clear clock for the whole team.

Employees choose the next familiar action: clock in, take a break, return from break, or clock out. Visible confirmation lets them know the punch worked.

  • Use a shared computer or tablet with employee PINs
  • Enable signed-in web punching for individual accounts
  • Return the shared clock to a clean screen for the next person
  • Let employees review their own records in My Time

REVIEW

Know who's working and where to look next.

The manager dashboard brings current work status and items that need attention into view. See who is clocked in, who is on break, and which time records need review.

THE QUESTION THIS VIEW ANSWERS“Is everyone’s time ready to review?”

Fix mistakes with a record of the change.

Forgotten punches happen. Authorized managers can add a missing punch or correct a time entry with a required explanation, while the change history keeps the record clear.
